Industrial Sales Assistant

• Prepare quotes and process customer orders
• Support Sales Engineers throughout the sales cycle
• Coordinate with Production, Shipping, Receiving, and Suppliers
• Manage customer follow-ups and repeat business
• Resolve customer inquiries and order issues
• Maintain accurate order and customer records

• 2+ years of B2B sales support or inside sales experience
• Manufacturing or industrial experience preferred
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word)
