We are a family-owned and operated Stellantis dealership in Baraboo, WI, and we're looking for an experienced Dealership Office Manager to join our team. This is a key position in our dealership. We're looking for someone who understands dealership accounting and office operations, knows how a deal should flow from the salesperson's desk through accounting, and takes pride in making sure the details are right. If you have Dealertrack DMS experience and dealership office experience, we'd like to talk with you.THIS IS NOT A TYPICAL OFFICE MANAGER POSITION We're looking for someone who understands the dealership business. You should be comfortable with:Deal jackets and deal processingVehicle titles and registrationsAccounts payable and accounts receivableDealership accountingBank and account reconciliationsFloorplan accountingMonth-end closingManufacturer reportingDMV and title workCustomer and lender paperworkDealertrack DMSWorking with sales, service, parts, finance and managementKeeping the dealership organized and compliant You don't have to know everything on day one, but dealership experience is important.WHAT YOU'LL DO As our Office Manager, you'll have an important role in the day-to-day operation of the dealership. Responsibilities will include:Managing the dealership's office and accounting functionsProcessing and reviewing vehicle dealsEnsuring deal paperwork is complete, accurate and properly fundedManaging titles, registrations and related paperworkAccounts payable and accounts receivableBank and account reconciliationsFloorplan and inventory-related accountingAssisting with month-end financial statements and closingWorking with our manufacturer and other business partnersWorking with banks, lenders and vendorsMaintaining accurate customer, vehicle and accounting recordsMonitoring receivables, payments and outstanding itemsPreparing reports for managementHelping ensure dealership policies and procedures are followedIdentifying problems and getting them resolved before they become bigger problemsSupporting dealership management and ownership with administrative and financial informationDEALERTRACK EXPERIENCE Dealertrack DMS experience is strongly preferred. If you're currently using Dealertrack and understand dealership accounting and deal processing, that is a major advantage.
