Responsibilities:
- Lead the development/ quality of extrusion products, ensuring adherence to technical and performance specifications.
- Provide expert advice on regulatory compliance, staying current with evolving standards and legislative requirements.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to enhance quality systems, improve processes, and advance digital reporting capabilities.
- Offer technical support throughout the product development process, working closely with production, engineering, and other teams.
- Maintain thorough documentation of processes, testing outcomes, and compliance verification.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Chemistry or Chemical Engineering.
- 5-10 years of experience in the polymer extrusion, compounding, plastics related industries.
