What You'll Earn:
$100K annual pay potential (based on flag hours)
Earn $20 - $45 hourly pay (based on experience and qualifications)
Flag rate compensation with 30 guaranteed hours every week
Average 45 - 61 flagged hours weekly
Up to $3,000 technician sign-on bonus

What Our Auto Technicians Do:
Diagnose, repair, and maintain vehicles for safe, reliable performance
Perform brakes, tires, alignments, inspections, suspension work, and general maintenance
Use diagnostic tools to troubleshoot vehicle issues
Document repairs and deliver quality customer service

Auto Technician Requirements
At least 2 years of experience in automotive repair or 2 years of hands-on training in automotive maintenance
Michigan State Master Technician Certification (Required)
Strong diagnostic and mechanical repair skills
Experience with tire installation, wheel balancing, steering, suspension, and general automotive maintenance
