The Roles Lead Teachers You're the heartbeat of the classroom. You'll design engaging days using our P.L.A.N. curriculum, build real relationships with your students, and set the tone for a safe, joyful, well-run room. What you'll do:Plan and lead daily activities using our P.L.A.N. curriculumBuild strong, trusting bonds with students and their familiesOwn classroom management - creating a consistent, positive environment for kids and staff alikeSupport each child's physical, social-emotional, and developmental growthCommunicate clearly and warmly with families, colleagues, and your community You'll bring:3-5 years of relevant classroom experienceA bachelor's degree is required (preferably in the field of education). You may also need an MSDE 90hr Preschool Certificate or CDA Certification with Preschool Endorsement (minimum)Solid grasp of child development principles and instructional strategiesWorking knowledge of MSDE regulationsA warm, friendly, unflappable demeanor is a mustStrong written and verbal communication skillsReliability you could set a clock to Assistant Teachers You're the extra set of hands, eyes, and hugs every classroom needs. This is a great fit if you're floating between classrooms, supporting a lead teacher, or building experience toward leading your own room. What you'll do:Support the Lead Teacher in bringing our P.L.A.N. curriculum to lifeHelp build a safe, nurturing space where kids feel secure and lovedJump in wherever needed - floating between classrooms as our thriving school needsSupport each child's day-to-day needs with patience and careBring positive energy to your team, your students, and their families You'll bring:Preschool experience of 1-3 yearsMSDE 90hr Preschool Certificate or CDA Certification with Preschool Endorsement (minimum)A team-first attitude and willingness to pitch in wherever neededGood communication skills and a calm, friendly presenceReliability and punctuality you take seriously Where You'll Work
