Busy, state of the art Steel Fabrication Shop, conveniently located right off the freeway in Ridgefield, is looking for an experienced and responsible Welder/Fitter.

Requirements:

5 Years Welding in a Steel Fabrication Environment

3-4 Years experience fitting

Must Be at Least 18 Years of Age

Must Be Able to Stand for 8+ Hours a Day

Ability to Lift 65 lbs.

Knowledge of Proper Equipment, Materials and Supplies used in Steel Construction Work.

Ability to:

• • Understand, Follow and Transmit Written and Oral Instructions
  • Understand and Execute Drawings
  • Adhere to Safe Use of Equipment and Tools
• Consistently Meet Dependable Schedule and Attendance
• Consistently At Work On-Time
• Ability to Work Overtime, Weekly Average 50 Hours
• • May Include Limited Nights and Weekends
• Must Pass Required Pre-Employment Drug Screen
• Must be Drug-Free
• Must be Marijuana Free
• Must have a Valid, Clean Washington State Issued Driver's License
• Must Be Able to Work on Teams
• Willingness To be A Positive Contributor
• Adhere to Safe/Healthy Work Environment Practices.
• Adhere to Red Dog Steel Fabrication Policies and Procedures

Ideal Candidates Have:

Consistent, On Time, Attendance History

Interest in Stable Environment with Long Term Opportunities.

Can Pass a Pre-Employment Drug Screen Test.

Job Type: Full-Time

Salary: $23.00 - $32.00 Per Hour Based Upon Certification, Skills, and Experience

Schedule:

• Monday Through Friday
• • Normal Shop Hours 6:00 AM - 3:30 PM
  • 8- and 10- Hour Shifts
  • Required Overtime as Needed
  • Adjusted to Needs of Business
  • Occasional Saturdays
