Job Timings: First Shift - Monday-Friday, 6:30 AM - 3:00 PM
Basic Job Functions:

• Fabricate and assemble the metal components by cutting, bending forming parts
• Using simple measuring equipment such as squares, bevel, tape measures and calipers.
• Fabricate & perform MIG, TIG, and Arc welding on Steels & variety of metals
• Operate Forklift/ Overhead cranes
• Maintain a clean/organized/safe work area
• Produce a quality product
• Ability to use power tools
• Loading/offloading trucks
• Operate a spray gun for Priming & painting
• Set up and run cutting saws, plasma cutters, and various cutting/ bending tools for metal preparation
• Operate shop machines (Shearing, bending, plasma cutting, rolling, drilling, cutting, pipe plasma cutting, hole punching machine)
• Ability to use power tools
• Assist other employees when required
• Other duties as assigned

Safety is the most important part of all jobs within Orsolini; therefore, candidates must be able to demonstrate the ability to initiate, lead, and uphold safety policies, practices, procedures, and housekeeping standards always.
Minimum Qualifications:

• 2 or more years of steel fabrication and welding experience
• Basic reading, writing, arithmetic and communication skills required
• Minimum High School diploma or equivalent
• Driver's license, preferred but not required

Special Demands:

• Must be able to work overtime when required

Physical Demands:

• Should be able to lift 50 lbs. when necessary
• Ability to be on feet for extend periods of time
• Working conditions can be noisy/ dusty/smoky/ hot/ cold
