Their Government Contracts and Public Procurement Practice Group
The Government Contracts and Public Procurement Practice Group represents clients in a wide array of industries and with all types of government contracts and public procurement matters, including contract negotiations, investigations, compliance with federal and state laws and regulations, technology licensing, and cybersecurity. Their M&A advisory practice includes representation of sophisticated private equity firms, small businesses and defense tech leaders in government contract aspects of M&A transactions.
They are seeking a mid-level lateral associate to join their growing and vibrant team.
Must have 2-4 years of transactional experience (a focus on mergers and acquisitions preferred) with demonstrated interest in government contracts and aerospace/defense.
Must have outstanding writing and analytical skills, and top academic credentials.
Must be admitted to the state bar in which you are practicing or are eligible to waive in.
