Stonehill Apartments in Plymouth is seeking a professional Assistant Property Manager to join their team. As the Assistant Property Manager, you perform and manage various office duties as well as provided quality services to residents. and families of the residents The Assistant Property Manager supports the Property Manager in the daily operations of a multi family residential property. This role assists with resident relations, leasing, administrative functions, and financial activities while helping maintain property standards, compliance, and customer service excellence. The ideal candidate is organized, customer focused, and capable of balancing administrative and operational responsibilities in a fast paced property environment. Working Hours: Typically, FT40, Monday, 10:00 am - 6:00 pm, Tuesday - Friday, 9:00 am - 5:00 pm. Property office hours may vary from property to property. You may be expected to flex your hours to meet the demands of the business. Benefits: Health, Flexible Spending Account, Dental, Vision, Life, ADD, LTD, STD, Hospital Indemnity, Critical Illness, Accident, Legal, ID Thefts, Pet Insurance and 401(K). 9 Paid Holidays Generous PTO accruals Key Responsibilities Resident ServicesRespond to resident questions, concerns, and service requests in a timely and professional mannerRecord and coordinate maintenance requests with appropriate staffAssist with resident events, newsletters, and community communications Move In & Move Out CoordinationPrepare units for move in, coordinating cleaning, maintenance, and inspectionsSchedule and conduct move in orientations and prepare move in documentationCoordinate keys, storage, parking, and access itemsProcess move out notices and schedule inspectionsEnsure completion and distribution of vacate documentation Leasing ResponsibilitiesMaintain up to date knowledge of unit availability, pricing, and amenitiesAssist with apartment showings, lease renewals, and leasing activities as neededPrepare marketing materials and communications for prospective residentsRun background, credit, and reference checks in accordance with policy Administrative & Financial SupportEnter daily activity into property management systems, including move ins, move outs, payments, adjustments, and billingsCollect rent and assist with delinquency follow up and noticesPrepare reports such as delinquency, occupancy, and operational reportsOrder supplies and prepare purchase orders and coded invoicesMaintain resident lists, parking records, storage logs, and contact informationAnswer phones and provide general office support Property Operations SupportAssist with inspections of buildings, common areas, and groundsSupport maintenance and housekeeping efforts as neededAttend staff meetings and training as requiredMaintain confidentiality of resident, financial, and company informationPerform other duties and special projects as assigned Required QualificationsHigh school diploma required; some college preferred1-3 years of property management, leasing, or administrative experienceWorking knowledge of leasing, customer service, and basic property operationsBasic understanding of rent collection, reports, and property softwareProficiency in Microsoft 365 and property management systemsStrong organizational and communication skillsAbility to prioritize tasks and support multiple operational functions Key CompetenciesOrganization and operational support Customer service and resident relations Problem solving and responsiveness Multitasking and prioritization Attention to detail Team collaboration StuartCo is an Equal Opportunity Employer and considers applicants for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, orientation, national origin, age, disability, genetics, or any other basis forbidden under federal, provincial, or local law.
