Job description:

We are seeking a skilled and dependable Fabricator/Welder to join our team. This position requires hands-on fabrication and welding experience, strong blueprint reading skills, and proficiency with TIG, MIG, and Flux Core welding processes. The ideal candidate takes pride in quality workmanship and can work safely and efficiently both independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Perform welding using TIG, MIG, and Flux Core welding processes.
• Read and interpret blueprints, fabrication drawings, and weld symbols.
• Fit and fabricate components according to specifications.
• Accurately measure and lay out materials using a tape measure and other measuring tools.
• Perform quality checks to ensure welds and fabricated components meet specifications.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Follow all company standards for safety, quality, and productivity.
• Work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• Assist with additional fabrication and welding duties as needed.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of welding experience.
• Minimum 3G welding experience required; 4G preferred.
• Proficiency with TIG, MIG, and Flux Core welding.
• Strong blueprint reading skills, including weld symbols.
• Previous fitting and fabrication experience.
• Ability to accurately read a tape measure.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Strong work ethic with the ability to take initiative.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Ability to follow safety procedures and maintain a safe work area.
