Pacesetter Personnel Services is hiring a Certified Welder in Houston, TX 77028.
Pay:
$25.00 an hour. We pay weekly.
Schedule:
Monday- Friday(Some Sat's)
5:00 am - 3:00 pm
Job Description:
- Welding and associated activities such as grinding, painting, cutting, etc.
- Will be flat welding, vertical welding, and overhead welding,
- Will conduct quality checks and be able to self-perform visual quality checks as instructed.
- Must follow all environmental, health, and safety requirements.
- Safe use of shop equipment, such as grinders, shears, cranes, etc.
- Will be heavy lifting when needed and other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Welding experience. (Vertical welding is a plus).
- Certified Welder.
- AWS D1.1 qualified.
- High school education, GED, or equivalent minimum.
- Must wear a respirator when needed.
- Must be able to repeatedly bend, squat, twist, reach, and lift up to 60-100 Ibs.
- Must be able to work in a non-climate-controlled environment.
- Must be punctual, reliable, and able to read and write English.
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen.
