Key Responsibilities
- Lead the research, design, and launch of new programs and initiatives aligned with organizational mission and community need.
- Identify emerging trends, funding opportunities, and evolving community needs to guide program development strategy.
- Develop and sustain strategic partnerships with corporations, foundations, and government agencies.
- Oversee pilot programs from inception through evaluation, assessing outcomes for scalability and long-term viability.
- Collaborate with organizational leadership to ensure all innovations align with Team Grateful's mission and values.
- Manage innovation-focused project plans, timelines, and budgets with precision and accountability.
- Present new program proposals to the executive team and board of directors.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement, creative problem-solving, and intellectual curiosity across the organization.
- Monitor and report on program development KPIs and performance metrics to inform strategic decisions.
- Support grant writing and resource development efforts to secure funding for new initiatives.
