Job Description: We are seeking Special Education Teachers for multiple full-time, onsite opportunities in Wilmington, Delaware for the school year. We have multiple openings available and are looking for passionate educators who are committed to supporting students with diverse learning needs and helping them achieve academic, social, and behavioral success.
Compensation & Benefits
Pay Rate: $35+ per hour, depending on experience and qualifications

Key Responsibilities:
Provide specialized instruction and support based on students' individual educational needs.
Develop, implement, and monitor Individualized Education Programs (IEPs).
Adapt curriculum, instructional strategies, and classroom materials to meet individual student needs.
Monitor student progress and maintain accurate documentation.
Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with families, general education teachers, administrators, and related-service providers.
Support students' academic, behavioral, social, and emotional development.
Maintain a structured, supportive, and inclusive classroom environment.
Follow applicable special education requirements, policies, and procedures.
Job Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or higher.
Appropriate Delaware teaching certification/licensure or eligibility to obtain the appropriate credential.
Special Education certification or endorsement appropriate for the assigned student population.
Previous school-based or special education experience preferred.
Strong classroom management, communication, collaboration, and documentation skills.
Ability to work effectively with students, families, and multidisciplinary school teams.
