Job Description


Our client, an Alpharetta-based fast-growing industrial services company that supports major OEMs and nationwide machinery/capital expansion and installation projects, is seeking an Industrial Recruiter(link removed)>



The Role:



  • Full time, 100% on site from 9am to 5pm in Alpharetta, GA.

  • Will take ownership of the full recruiting process, from sourcing and screening candidates to managing offers and onboarding.

  • Will build and maintain a strong talent pipeline of skilled trades professionals (electricians, millwrights, welders, mechanics, and pipefitters) to meet the ongoing and future staffing needs of installation projects across the U.S.



The Responsibilities:

  • Manage the full-cycle recruiting process for skilled trades positions, including sourcing, interviewing, reference checks and onboarding.

  • Proactively build and maintain a qualified candidate pool for upcoming project needs.

  • Develop and execute recruiting strategies using job boards, social media, networking and referrals.

  • Collaborate with HR and Operations to understand workforce forecasts and upcoming project demands.

  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

  • Maintain accurate candidate reports within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and internal databases.

  • Represent the company as a professional and trusted employer brand in the industrial trades community.



The Ideal Candidate:

  • Bilingual in Spanish and English (preferred)

  • Proven experience in full-cycle recruiting, ideally in industrial, construction, or skilled trade sectors.

  • Solid understanding of technical trades such as electricians, millwrights, welders, riggers, and service technicians.

  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills

  • Familiarity with ATS platforms like HRC and Verified First.

  • Ability to manage multiple openings and priorities in a fast-paced, project-driven environment.

  • Must pass a drug screening and background check.



Compensation:

  • $50,000 to $60,000 (commensurate with experience)
