Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily clinical and operational functions of the residential treatment facility
• Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized treatment plans and therapeutic programming
• Supervise, mentor, and support clinical and direct care staff to ensure quality service delivery
• Ensure compliance with state licensing regulations, accreditation standards, and organizational policies
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, families, and external stakeholders to coordinate resident care
• Monitor facility budgets, staffing levels, and resource allocation
• Lead quality assurance initiatives and implement continuous improvement strategies
• Maintain accurate documentation and reporting in accordance with regulatory requirements

Requirements:

• Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related behavioral health field
• Active licensure (LCSW, LPC, LMFT, or equivalent) preferred
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in residential treatment or behavioral health settings
• Proven leadership and program management experience in a clinical environment
• Strong knowledge of Texas HHSC licensing standards and residential care regulations
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Experience with trauma-informed care, crisis intervention, and evidence-based treatment models
