Event Photographer Contract Event Assignments
PARTY MAXX NETWORK is a veteran-owned event service provider serving DFW and North Texas. We are expanding our network of dependable event photographers for weddings, private celebrations, corporate events, community gatherings, and special events across the Metroplex.
Compensation
Submit your per-event rate card or quote
Rates should identify coverage hours, editing, image-delivery quantity and timeline, travel charges, second-shooter fees, and optional services
The final scope and contract rate are confirmed in writing before each assignment is accepted
Responsibilities
Photograph assigned event details, guests, key moments, dcor, vendors, and requested shot-list items
Arrive prepared and on time with professional camera, lenses, lighting, batteries, memory cards, and backup equipment
Coordinate professionally with clients, venues, coordinators, and other event partners
Work efficiently in changing lighting, indoor, outdoor, and high-traffic event environments
Organize, edit, and deliver high-resolution images within the agreed timeline
Protect client privacy and follow all venue, image-use, and release requirements
Maintain professional appearance, communication, and guest service throughout each assignment
Requirements
Demonstrated event-photography experience and a current portfolio
Professional photography equipment and dependable backup equipment
Strong knowledge of event lighting, composition, candid photography, group portraits, and file management
Reliable transportation throughout DFW and North Texas
Availability for event schedules that may include evenings, weekends, and holidays
Ability to provide a W-9 and any insurance, permit, or venue documentation required for a specific engagement
Ability to provide client or professional references when requested
Partner Terms
This is a contract, event-based opportunity. You may accept or decline individual engagements based on your availability. Opportunities are offered according to client demand, service area, portfolio quality, experience, availability, performance, and event requirements. PARTY MAXX NETWORK does not guarantee bookings, hours, territory, ranking, or event volume.
