Special Education Teachers Phoenix, AZ Up to $55/Hour
Cross Country Education is hiring Special Education Teachers for multiple openings within a high school district in the Phoenix area for the school year.
Position Types Available:
Inclusion SPED Teacher
Specialized SPED Teacher
Emotional Disabilities SPED Teacher
What We Offer:
Up to $55/hour
Full-time schedule, 37.5 hours/week
Monday-Friday
School Year: July 27, 2026 - May 21, 2027

Required Qualifications:
Valid Arizona Special Education Credential
Bachelor's Degree (Master's Preferred)
IVP Fingerprint Clearance Card
CPR/First Aid Certification
CPI Certification
Essential Elements of Effective Instruction (EEEI) training, or willingness to complete staff development
Responsibilities:
Design and deliver individualized instruction using evidence-based practices
Create and maintain a positive learning environment
Monitor and assess student progress
Maintain required documentation and records
Collaborate with families, administrators, and multidisciplinary teams
Participate in professional development and ongoing training
Support students in achieving academic and behavioral goals
