1 4 years technical recruiting at startups OR agency working with startups OR former founder pivoting to recruiting
Experience with Ashby or similar ATS
AI company or AI/ML talent recruiting experience
Outbound sourcing pipeline building from scratch
Logistics
In office 5 days/week
Not seeking 9-to-5, comfortable with startup hours
