We're looking for a hands-on, curious, and driven Mechanical Manufacturing Engineer who enjoys solving problems, working with people, and bringing ideas to life.

As a Mechanical Manufacturing Engineer, you'll partner with engineering, operations, and plant teams to support high-impact projects from concept through installation. You'll help improve equipment performance, strengthen manufacturing processes, and contribute to projects that deliver measurable results.
You will:
Lead capital equipment projects, including specifications, vendor bids, installation, and startup
Create CAD/SolidWorks drawings, layouts, and equipment design packages
Help design and improve mechanical systems, tooling, fixtures, and manufacturing processes
Lead projects enterprise-wide (across multiple sites)
Lead FEA analysis for equipment and component designs
Troubleshoot equipment issues and identify practical improvement opportunities
Support project charters, business cases, budgets, schedules, and ROI tracking
Collaborate with cross-functional teams across manufacturing, engineering, and operations
Participate in continuous improvement initiatives that improve safety, quality, productivity, and cost
What You'll Bring

Ideal qualifications include:
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related engineering discipline
2+ years of experience in a manufacturing engineering environment leading capital projects
Expert-level CAD/SolidWorks experience
Knowledge of building codes and safety regulations
Proven experience with capital equipment, tooling, fabrication, CNC, or mechanical system design
Experience using FEA analysis for component and equipment design
Strong problem-solving, organization, and communication skills
A self-starter mindset with a desire to grow, contribute, and make an impact
