Job Description
Review, analyze, and apply federal, state, and administrative laws and regulations governing telecommunications, broadcasting, spectrum allocation, broadband deployment, and information and communications technology (ICT) initiatives to ensure regulatory compliance.
Evaluate applications, records, and supporting documentation to determine eligibility for licensing, modification, extension, suspension, or revocation in accordance with established regulatory standards.
Assess compliance with licensing conditions and statutory requirements and identify potential deficiencies.
Prepare written findings, memoranda, reports, and formal correspondence related to licensing determinations and compliance matters.
Provide regulatory guidance to applicants and licensees regarding documentation requirements and applicable compliance standards.
Identify instances of non-compliance and prepare documentation for further administrative or enforcement review.
Apply internal compliance procedures and regulatory criteria in conducting reviews and analyses.
Assist in responding to audit inquiries and support internal or external compliance reviews.
Maintain current knowledge of regulatory developments affecting the telecommunications and ICT sectors.
Education and Experience Requirements
Bachelors degree in Law, Legal Studies, or a related field, or foreign equivalent.

One (1) year of experience in a compliance, regulatory, legal analysis, or licensing-related position.
