Kaloutas Flooring is looking for hardworking, dependable Industrial Flooring Installers to join our team and support commercial and industrial flooring projects throughout the Northeast. As a Flooring Installer, you'll work alongside experienced Foremen, Field Managers, and fellow installers to deliver high-quality flooring solutions for our customers.What You'll Do No two projects are exactly the same. Depending on the job, responsibilities may include:Preparing concrete and other flooring surfacesOperating grinders and other surface-preparation equipmentInstalling epoxy and resinous flooring systemsAssisting with polished concrete applicationsMixing and applying flooring materialsMeasuring areas and calculating material needsMaintaining a clean, organized, and safe jobsiteFollowing all company and jobsite safety requirementsWorking as part of a team to complete projects safely, efficiently, and on schedule Our installers play an important role in every project.
