Position Summary
Were looking for motivated, people-focused individuals who enjoy helping others and delivering a professional client experience. This remote position combines client support, appointment scheduling, and benefit education while working with individuals and families who have expressed interest in learning more about available programs.
There is no cold calling or door-to-door prospecting. Instead, youll focus on connecting with members, understanding their needs, answering questions, and helping them navigate the information available to them.

What Youll Be Doing
Your responsibilities will include:
Connect with members who have requested benefit information
Coordinate and schedule virtual appointments
Conduct client consultations by phone and video conference
Ask questions to better understand each members individual needs
Clearly explain available programs and benefit options
Respond to questions and provide helpful, professional guidance
Assist clients with online applications, forms, and documentation
Maintain accurate and organized client records
Complete follow-ups and provide continued client support
Participate in ongoing training, coaching, and skill development
Collaborate with team members to maintain a high standard of client service

Previous customer service, hospitality, retail, administrative, or sales experience is helpful but not required
