What You'll DoLead and perform commercial HVAC installation projects from start to finish.Install, replace, and upgrade commercial HVAC systems and equipment.Read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and technical drawings.Troubleshoot installation challenges and ensure high-quality workmanship.Collaborate with project managers, field teams, and customers to deliver successful projects.Maintain a safe work environment while ensuring all work complies with industry standards and company : What We're Looking ForMinimum of 2 years of experience as a Commercial HVAC Installation Mechanic.Strong knowledge of commercial HVAC systems, equipment, and installation practices.Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.Strong communication and leadership abilities.Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.Commitment to maintaining a drug-free workplace.
