What You'll Be Doing
Connect with individuals who have requested information online
Conduct introductory phone and Zoom conversations
Share information about available programs
Answer questions and guide individuals through next steps
Schedule and manage follow-up conversations
Maintain accurate contact and activity records
Manage your own schedule and daily workflow
Participate in ongoing training and professional development

Professionals with backgrounds in education, consulting, account management, banking, financial services, business development, project management, operations, customer service, sales, hospitality, or other client-facing roles may be a strong fit.
