If you have a passion for construction and a knack for leadership, we want to hear from you!ResponsibilitiesManage and coordinate all aspects of construction projects across multiple compliance with safety regulations and building codes.Collaborate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to achieve project goals.Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and reports.Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and quality of work.Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during the construction process.Communicate effectively with clients, stakeholders, and team members.Provide leadership and mentorship to on-site construction teams.QualificationsBachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction management.Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and legal leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.Ability to travel frequently and adapt to different work environments.Proficient in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
