REAL ESTATE ASSOCIATE ATTORNEY

Commercial Real Estate Practice Group

Our client, a national AmLaw 200 firm, is seeking a talented Real Estate Associate to join its sophisticated Commercial Real Estate practice. This is an excellent opportunity for an attorney who enjoys handling complex real estate transactions and working alongside a collaborative team on high-profile matters involving acquisitions, dispositions, and financing transactions across a broad range of asset classes.

Candidate Profile

  • JD from an ABA-accredited law school with an excellent academic record

  • Active Bar Admission in Delaware, Florida, Maryland, New Jersey, New York, Texas, or Washington, D.C., in good standing



3+ years of substantive commercial real estate experience


Experience handling commercial real estate acquisitions, dispositions, and financing transactions


Strong understanding of real estate transaction structures, due diligence, title and survey review, and closing processes


Ability to manage multiple matters while maintaining exceptional attention to detail


Excellent oral and written communication skills


Strong drafting, negotiation, analytical, and problem-solving abilities


Demonstrated commitment to client service and collaborative teamwork


Prior law firm experience strongly preferred




Key Responsibilities




  • Represent clients in commercial real estate purchases, sales, and financing transactions

  • Draft, review, and negotiate purchase and sale agreements, loan documents, leases, easements, and related transactional documents

  • Conduct and coordinate due diligence reviews, including analysis of title, survey, zoning, and other real estate-related matters

  • Assist with transaction structuring, negotiations, closings, and post-closing matters

  • Collaborate with attorneys across practice groups to provide comprehensive legal solutions for clients

  • Manage client communications and support the efficient execution of complex transactions

Compensation & Benefits



  • Compensation: $220,000$365,000, as determined by experience and market factors
