Responsibilities
Develop and implement individualized education programs (IEPs)
Provide specialized instruction based on student needs and goals
Collaborate with general education teachers, related service providers, and families
Monitor student progress and maintain accurate documentation
Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team discussions
Qualifications
Active California Special Education Teaching Credential
Experience working with students with diverse learning needs preferred
Strong communication and collaboration skills
Ability to manage caseload responsibilities and maintain compliance with state and district requirements
