The Plumbing Technician is responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing plumbing systems and fixtures. This role requires strong technical knowledge, problem-solving skills, and the ability to deliver excellent customer service while working independently or as part of a team.
Requirements/ResponsibilitiesDiagnose, repair, and maintain plumbing systems, including pipes, fixtures, water heaters, and drainage systems
Install plumbing systems for new construction and remodeling projects
Perform inspections and preventative maintenance
Troubleshoot issues and provide effective solutions
Read and interpret blueprints and building codes
Ensure all work complies with local plumbing codes and safety regulations
Maintain tools, equipment, and service vehicle in good condition
Communicate clearly with customers regarding issues, repairs, and recommendations
Complete work orders, reports, and documentation accurately
