To Qualify as the Clinical Liasion you need to:
Experience in marketing and census development
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to relate professionally and work cooperatively with residents and staff at all levels
Some of Your Responsibilities as a Clinical Liasion Include:
Works with facility staff to coordinate and schedule admission of resident
Follows up with all referrals at the hospital setting, completing clinical on-sight and verifying if resident is clinically approporaite for Admission to facility
Meets with Physicians and Case Managers to generate appropriate referrals for facility
Keeps records of admissions and discharges, and compiles occupancy census data
Acts as the Initial liaison with resident and families on facility services and issues
Assists in all marketing efforts for the facility
