1st Shift: Monday - Friday, 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Fabricator/Welder to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have experience reading blueprints, fabricating metal products, and operating various fabrication equipment. Responsibilities:

• Manufacture and fabricate finished metal products
• Read and interpret blueprints and engineering drawings
• Measure and verify materials to ensure specifications are met
• Pull and load materials onto trucks
• Operate fabrication equipment safely and efficiently
• Work independently and as part of a team
• Maintain a safe and organized work area
• Report to work on time and ready to contribute

Qualifications:

• Previous welding and metal fabrication experience
• Ability to read blueprints and schematics (building from drawings is a plus)
• Experience with:
• Drill Press & Punch Press
• Rolling and Forming Materials
• Plasma & Torch Cutting
• Shearing Equipment
• Manual Lathe and Drill Press
• Ability to lift materials and perform physical work throughout the shift
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
