Key Duties & Responsibilities
Complete Plumbing Installations - Perform full installations of water heaters, toilets, valves, stack piping, and related systems.
Job Leadership - Lead installation projects, ensure proper workflow, and maintain high-quality workmanship.
Code Compliance - Ensure all work meets local plumbing codes, safety standards, and company requirements.
Customer Interaction - Communicate clearly with homeowners, explain work performed, and provide professional experience.
Team Collaboration - Work with apprentices or helpers when assigned, offering guidance and support.
Equipment & Material Management - Ensure proper use of tools, maintain inventory on the truck, and prepare materials for each job
Required Qualifications
Journeyman Plumber License or Experienced Apprentice License Required
Proven experience installing:
o Water heaters (tank & tankless preferred)
o Toilets
o Valves
o Stack piping and vent systems
Strong understanding of plumbing codes and installation best practices
Ability to work independently and lead job sites
Excellent problem-solving and customer-service skills
Reliable, professional, and safety-focused
Required Qualifications
Experience mentoring apprentices
Comfort with diagnosing installation-related issues
Ability to read blueprints or installation diagrams
Strong time-management and job-planning skills
