Define and track core marketing KPIs including ROAS, CAC, conversion, traffic, and channel efficiency
Build executive-ready dashboards and reporting that clearly link marketing activity to revenue and profit

Customer Analytics & Insights

Lead customer analytics strategy including segmentation, cohort analysis, and predictive modeling
Develop a deep understanding of customer behavior across POS, e-commerce, CRM, loyalty, and digital touchpoints
Identify insights that inform customer acquisition, retention, cross-sell, and repeat purchase strategies

Serve as the voice of the customer by translating data into actionable recommendations for marketing, merchandising, and store experience

Experimentation & Optimization

Establish a rigorous test-and-learn framework including A/B testing, holdout testing, and personalization experiments
Measure and optimize lifecycle marketing programs (email, SMS, CRM, loyalty)
Evaluate new channels, tactics, and technologies through structured experimentation and performance analysis

Data Strategy, Tools & Governance

Partner with IT and Data teams to ensure clean, reliable, and integrated data across marketing, POS, and e-commerce systems
Own analytics tools, including BI platforms, attribution tools, and CRM/CDP analytics capabilities
Improve data accessibility and self-service analytics while maintaining strong governance and data quality standards

Leadership & Collaboration

Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of marketing and customer analysts
Collaborate closely with Growth Marketing, Brand, E-commerce, Retail, and Merchandising teams
Present insights, performance trends, and strategic recommendations to senior leadership and executive stakeholders
