Charter Senior Living of Verona is seeking an experienced, results-driven Executive Director to lead the overall operations, culture, and performance of our senior living community.
We are looking for a proven senior living leader who understands that exceptional community performance requires more than managing day-to-day operations. Our Executive Director will be responsible for developing strong teams, driving occupancy, maintaining regulatory excellence, managing financial performance, and creating an exceptional experience for residents and families.

What You'll OwnAs Executive Director, you will have overall responsibility for the performance and success of the community, including:
Lead and oversee all day-to-day community operations
Drive occupancy growth and actively support community sales and move-in efforts
Manage revenue, expenses, labor, budgets, and overall financial performance
Ensure high-quality resident care, service, and satisfaction
Maintain regulatory compliance and operational readiness
Lead, coach, develop, and hold department leaders accountable
Recruit, retain, and develop high-performing teams
Create a positive, engaging, and mission-driven community culture
Build strong relationships with residents and families
Partner with referral sources and local community organizations
Oversee business office and administrative operations
Monitor key community performance indicators and implement improvement plans when needed
Partner with regional and corporate leadership to achieve operational and strategic goals
Minimum of 2 years of Executive Director experience preferred
Successful leadership experience within Assisted Living, Memory Care, or Senior Living
Proven ability to drive occupancy and census growth
Strong background in sales and relationship development
Experience managing budgets, labor, revenue, expenses, and overall financial performance
Demonstrated success leading and developing department leaders
Strong knowledge of senior living operations and regulatory compliance
Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
Ability to lead with urgency and accountability while maintaining a resident-centered culture
Experience with community openings, lease-up, stabilization, or turnaround operations is a plus
Candidates must meet applicable Wisconsin requirements to serve as the administrator of a Community-Based Residential Facility (CBRF).
The administrator must be at least 21 years of age, demonstrate the ability to respond to residents' needs and manage the complexity of the CBRF, and meet at least one of the following qualification pathways:
Hold an associate degree or higher from an accredited college in a healthcare-related field; OR
Hold a bachelor's degree in a non-healthcare field from an accredited college and have at least one year of healthcare-related experience involving direct contact with an applicable resident/client population; OR
Hold a bachelor's degree in a non-healthcare field from an accredited college and have successfully completed an assisted living administrator training course approved by the Wisconsin Department of Health Services or its designee; OR
Have at least two years of healthcare-related experience involving direct contact with an applicable resident/client population and have successfully completed an approved assisted living administrator training course.
Candidates must be able to satisfy the applicable Wisconsin CBRF administrator requirements for this position.
