Legal Assistant/Paralegal

We are a professional staffing firm, working with organizations across the country to place exceptional candidates. Currently, we have Legal Assistant/Paralegal positions available in Fort Lauderdale and the surrounding areas.

Full Time: Monday - Friday - In the Office / Not Remote

$60-80K based on experience

Your specific duties will include:

• Assist with all aspects of Civil Litigation cases.
• Organize and maintain case files.
• Prepare motions, notice of hearings, and draft pleadings.
• Maintain Attorney calendar and schedule.
• Schedule calls, depositions, and set hearings and depositions.
• Manage case deadlines, ensure timely filing of documents, and track case progress.
• Assist with trial preparation
• E-Filing

Required qualifications for the position include :

• Possess a min. of 3-5 years of Legal experience.
• Have exceptional organization skills and the ability to manage case files and deadlines.
• Be comfortable serving as a reliable thought-partner who anticipates needs, offers solutions, and is a leader of the operational success of the team.

Preferred qualifications for the position include :

• Experience with Clio, Pacer, MyCase, LexisNexis Legal software
