Job DescriptionJob DescriptionMaintenance Technician Job Summary Responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing production equipment and facility systems to minimize downtime and ensure safe, efficient operations. Key Responsibilities
Perform mechanical and electrical maintenance and repairs.
Troubleshoot PLC-controlled equipment, motors, instrumentation, and electrical/mechanical systems.
Perform Preventive Maintenance (PM) and complete assigned work orders on time.
Inspect and test equipment to identify problems and verify repairs.
Assist with equipment changeovers and production line startups.
Maintain accurate maintenance records and inventory of parts.
Follow all safety, Lockout/Tagout (LOTO), GMP, food safety, and OSHA requirements.
Participate in continuous improvement and recommend ways to improve equipment reliability and processes.
