Job DescriptionJob DescriptionMaintenance Technician II - 77073 HIRING ASAP Location: North Houston / Spring Area Job Type: Temp-to-Hire (Full Benefits Upon Hire) Pay Range: (Based on Experience) Shift: Day Shift 5:00 AM - 5:00 PM Schedule: Flexible; weekends and extended hours as needed Job Description We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician II with strong welding and mechanical skills to support equipment maintenance, fabrication, and facility repairs in an industrial environment. Responsibilities

• Design, fabricate, and repair equipment, fixtures, and metal structures
• Perform welding using oxygen-acetylene, SMAW (Stick), and GTAW (TIG)
• Operate drill presses, power saws, grinders, metal lathes, and hand tools
• Assist with day-to-day facility and equipment maintenance
• Estimate materials and supplies for repairs and projects
• Perform preventive maintenance and minor equipment repairs
• Support maintenance projects as assigned
• Work flexible schedules including weekends, holidays, and extended shifts (up to 12 hours)

Qualifications Industrial maintenance experience required Strong welding knowledge including brazing, soldering, electrical, and arc welding Ability to troubleshoot and work independently Reliable attendance and flexible availability
