Journeyman / Tradesman Service Plumber

We are looking for an experienced Journeyman or Tradesman Plumber to join our growing service team. This is a great opportunity for a motivated plumber who takes pride in their work, communicates well with customers, and wants the opportunity to increase their income based on performance.

Compensation: $60,000-$120,000+ per year

This is a commission-based position, giving experienced and motivated plumbers the opportunity to earn significantly more based on their performance and sales volume.

What We're Looking For

  • Texas Journeyman Plumber or Tradesman Plumber license

  • Service plumbing experience preferred

  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

  • Professional appearance and communication

  • Ability to confidently present repair and replacement options to customers

  • Self-motivated and comfortable working in a performance-based environment

  • Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record

Compensation:

Responsibilities:
  • Conduct residential and commercial maintenance and installation of plumbing equipment
  • Carry out plumbing preventative maintenance
  • Locate and correct plumbing problems, including component installation and replacement
  • Certify newly installed components properly function
  • Read and apply electrical schematics, diagrams, blueprints, and wiring diagrams

Qualifications:
  • The candidate must have excellent problem-solving, interpersonal skills, patience and a can-do attitude
  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Candidate must have a clean driving record and a valid driver's license
  • Valid Plumbing License In The State Of Texas
