Pool Maintenance & Repair Technician

American Swimming Pool Co. (ASP) - Carrollton/Newnan/Atlanta/Gwinnette

At ASP, we deliver resort-quality pool service with a focus on reliability, professionalism, and great customer care. We're growing and looking for a dependable, solution-oriented technician who takes pride in doing things right.
What You'll Do

• Service a weekly route of residential pools (cleaning, testing, balancing chemicals)
• Diagnose and repair pool equipment (pumps, filters, heaters, etc.)
• Communicate clearly with customers and recommend solutions when needed
• Keep your truck organized, stocked, and ready for the day
• Use our mobile app to track service and updates

What We're Looking For

• Enjoy working outdoors and staying active
• Self-starter who can work independently
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Friendly, professional, and customer-focused
• Committed to doing high-quality work every time

Requirements

• Valid driver's license with clean record
• Ability to lift up to 100 lbs
• Comfortable using a smartphone for daily tasks

Bonus Skills

• Pool equipment repair experience
• Electrical knowledge (110/220V)
• Renovation or construction experience
