Senior Talent Acquisition Recruiter

Pay: $48.95/hr
Location: Overland Park, KS (Onsite 5 days/week, must live within 50 miles)
Job Type: Peak Period Contract

We are seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Recruiter to support high-volume and strategic hiring initiatives. This role will focus on full-cycle recruiting, candidate sourcing, stakeholder partnership, and talent pipeline development. The ideal candidate has extensive sourcing experience and a proven track record recruiting engineering, technical, or other professional talent.

• Source candidates through job boards, social media, professional networks, and other recruiting channels.


• Develop and execute sourcing strategies to attract top talent.


• Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines for current and future hiring needs.


• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from requisition creation through offer acceptance.


• Create and maintain job postings while ensuring compliance and consistency.


• Partner with hiring managers and business leaders to understand hiring needs and develop recruiting strategies.


• Provide regular updates on candidate pipelines, hiring progress, and recruiting metrics.


• Utilize ATS, CRM, Power BI, SharePoint, and other recruiting technologies.


• Support offer development and compensation discussions.


• Ensure compliance with employment laws, EEO, AAP, and OFCCP regulations.


• Lead and support recruiting-related process improvements and change initiatives.

• 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably recruiting engineering or technical professionals.


• Extensive sourcing experience with a strong ability to identify and engage passive candidates.


• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.


• Experience using ATS and CRM systems.


• Ability to manage multiple requisitions in a fast-paced environment.

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field required.


• 5+ years of progressive recruiting experience preferred.


• Experience supporting professional, technical, or engineering recruitment efforts is highly desired.

• Must reside within 50 miles of Overland Park, KS.


• Ability to work onsite five days per week.


• Must successfully complete pre-employment screening, including background check and drug screen.
