About the Role:
Wellens Agronomics, a premier erosion control and seeding company, is seeking dependable and motivated individuals to join our team for spring start-up and beyond. This role is ideal for candidates with experience in erosion control, hydroseeding, CDL operation, equipment operation, or mechanical work-or those eager to learn and grow within the industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate commercial vehicles and equipment (CDL required for applicable roles)
- Perform hydroseeding, seeding, mulching, erosion control, silt fencing, and blanket installation
- Assist with general labor and construction site activities
- Maintain and repair equipment and vehicles as needed
- Follow safety procedures and company standards
- Work collaboratively with team members on job sites
Requirements:
Qualifications:
- CDL license preferred (or willingness to obtain)
- Experience in erosion control, seeding, or construction preferred
- Mechanical skills a plus
- Strong work ethic and dependability
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Willingness to learn new skills and work as part of a team
