Qualifications:
Bachelors Degree Health related field or equivalent educ/experience
Upon hire: Oregon Athletic Trainer License
Upon hire: National Provider BLS American Heart Association
Upon hire: BOC (Board of Certification of athletic trainers membership)
Upon hire: In compliance with company policy and state regulations, a Department of Human Services (DHS) criminal background check is required for this position
