What You'll Do
- Create a positive, welcoming classroom environment
- Support children's social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development
- Plan and implement engaging, age-appropriate activities
- Build strong relationships with children, families, and coworkers
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organized classroom
- Work collaboratively with a supportive teaching team
- Help children learn through play, exploration, and meaningful experiences
What We're Looking For
- Passion for working with children
- Positive attitude and strong teamwork skills
- Reliable, caring, and professional individuals
- Strong communication and classroom management skills
- Willingness to learn and grow professionally
Preferred Qualifications
Lead Teachers
- CDA, Associate Degree, or higher in Early Childhood Education
- Previous childcare or classroom experience
Assistant Teachers
- Childcare experience is a plus, but not required
- Paid training available for the right candidates
