Bilingual Legal Assistant

We are seeking an organized, dependable bilingual Legal Assistant to support attorneys with case management, client communication, legal documents, court filings, and deadlines.

Legal experience is preferred but not required. We are open to applicants with strong communication skills, maturity, attention to detail, and relevant work or life experience.

Responsibilities

• Draft, proofread, and format legal documents
• File pleadings in state and federal courts
• Track deadlines and maintain case calendars
• Organize client files and discovery materials
• Communicate with clients, courts, and opposing counsel
• Assist with hearing and trial preparation

Qualifications

• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Professional, dependable, and able to work independently
• Legal office, e-filing, or case-management experience is a plus
• Spanish skills are a plus
• Reliable transportation required
• BILINGUAL REQUIRED
