Kitchen & Bath CAD Drafter - 3+ Years Experience Required

Kitchens & Baths Unlimited is a family-owned kitchen and bath company that has been serving the North Shore for over 40 years. We are looking for an experienced CAD Drafter / Order Coordinator to join our team.

We are looking for someone with at least 3 years of experience in kitchen and bath drafting/design who understands cabinetry and is comfortable handling orders. This is not an entry-level position. Experience and attention to detail are very important for this role.

Responsibilities include:

• Creating kitchen and bath floor plans and elevations in AutoCAD
• Drafting cabinetry and custom millwork
• Preparing drawings and specifications for our designers
• Reviewing shop drawings and order acknowledgments
• Preparing and placing cabinetry orders
• Checking dimensions, finishes, and other order details for accuracy
• Working closely with our designers and the rest of our team

What we're looking for:

• Minimum 3 years of kitchen and bath drafting/design experience
• Strong AutoCAD skills
• Knowledge of cabinetry and custom millwork
• Experience preparing and placing orders
• Ability to read blueprints and construction drawings
• Organized and detail-oriented
• Reliable and able to manage multiple jobs at once
• Works well with others and as part of a team

Schedule: Monday through Thursday, 9:00 AM-5:00 PM; Friday, 9:00 AM-3:00 PM
Work Location: In person - Glenview, IL
