We are seeking an experienced Executive Director (Administrator) to lead the daily operations of a skilled nursing facility. This role is responsible for regulatory compliance, financial performance, operational oversight, and ensuring high-quality resident care while fostering a positive workplace culture.
Key ResponsibilitiesOversee all daily facility operations, including staffing and resident services
Ensure compliance with CMS, state, and federal regulations
Lead, develop, and support department leaders and staff
Manage budgets, financial performance, and cost controls
Drive quality assurance and performance improvement initiatives
Address resident and family concerns professionally and promptly
Serve as primary contact for regulatory agencies and stakeholders
Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, or related field (Master's preferred)
Valid Nursing Home Administrator (NHA/LNHA) license, as required by state
1-2 years of skilled nursing or long-term care leadership experience preferred
Strong leadership, financial, and regulatory knowledge
Excellent communication and decision-making skills
