Residential Service Plumber $80K-$160K No On-Call Mon-Fri Early Bird Plumbing Sacramento, CA
Looking for a solid, experienced residential service plumber who wants consistency, good pay, and a team that has their back.Base pay + performance pay.Most of our techs earn between $80K-$160K depending on production.

What You'll Be Doing:- Build real relationships with customers (no high-pressure sales)
- Diagnose plumbing issues and present clear options
- Perform residential service work (water heaters, fixtures, gas, piping, etc.)
- Use our system to build estimates and document work
- Deliver clean, professional, code-compliant installs
What We're Looking For:- 5+ years residential service plumbing experience
- Strong communication-you're comfortable in front of homeowners
- Confidence presenting options (service-focused, not pushy)
- Reliable, professional, and takes pride in your work
- Able to follow systems and processes (we'll train you on ours)
