HVAC Service Technician Needed Sales Experience Preferred
Established Atlanta HVAC company with 25+ years in business is hiring an experienced HVAC service technician.
Must be able to diagnose, repair, communicate with customers, and present repair/replacement options.
Pay: $28 $40/hr + commissions + bonuses
Potential: $75K $120K+ for top performers
Commission on sold replacements
Maintenance agreement bonuses
Performance bonuses for conversion rate, customer reviews, callbacks, and revenue
Growth path into lead tech/service manager role
Area: Atlanta Metro / South Fulton / College Park
Must have:
HVAC service experience
Sales ability
Valid drivers license
Professional attitude
EPA preferred
