What You'll Do
- Meet with homeowners at pre-scheduled appointments. No cold calling.
- Learn about their goals and recommend remodeling solutions that fit their needs and budget.
- Present estimates, build trust, and help customers make confident decisions.
- Deliver an outstanding customer experience.
- Participate in weekly sales training and professional development.
What We're Looking For
- Sales experience in home improvement or construction experience is a plus but not required
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Self-motivated, competitive, and goal-oriented
- Comfortable using CRM software and technology
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
