Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Licensed Real Estate Agent at AMERICAN DREAM TEAM REAL ESTATE BROKERS, INC. The responsibilities include helping clients buy, sell, and rent real estate properties, conducting property market research, and providing expert advice to clients throughout the transaction process. The role also includes fostering strong relationships with clients, negotiating deals, and ensuring compliance with local real estate regulations. The Licensed Real Estate Agent will collaborate with the internal team to provide exceptional service and meet organizational goals.
Qualifications
Active Real Estate License and knowledge of relevant real estate practices
Proficiency in Sales and a strong understanding of Real Property transactions
Exceptional Customer Service and interpersonal communication skills
Experience and knowledge in Real Estate market trends and opportunities
Strong organizational and time management skills
Ability to work independently in a remote setup and meet deadlines
Proficiency in using real estate software and technology is a plus
Familiarity with local real estate regulations and licensing requirements
