Role Description The Residential Real Estate Agent role is a hybrid position based in Indianapolis, IN, with flexibility for some work from home. This role involves guiding buyers and sellers through residential real estate transactions, including conducting listing presentations, hosting showings, advising on pricing, and preparing contracts and offers. The agent will use team-provided technology and marketing tools to promote listings, generate leads, and maintain a strong online presence. Daily responsibilities include prospecting for new clients, maintaining contact with existing clients and referral partners, coordinating with lenders, inspectors, and title companies, and managing transaction timelines from initial consultation through closing. The role requires attendance at team meetings, trainings, and in-person client appointments, combined with remote work for follow-up, research, and documentation.
Qualifications
Active Real Estate License and thorough knowledge of Real Estate regulations and practices.
Experience in Residential Real Estate and New Home Sales, with a focus on buyer and seller representation.
Demonstrated Sales skills, including prospecting, negotiation, and closing transactions.
Strong communication, client service, and relationship-building skills across diverse client groups.
Comfort with real estate technology platforms, MLS systems, CRM tools, and online marketing channels.
Ability to work in a hybrid environment, manage a flexible schedule, and travel within central Indiana as needed.
Prior experience in the Indianapolis or central Indiana market is preferred but not required.
Reliable transportation, professional demeanor, and commitment to ethical, client-centered representation.
